Precision Metal Craft (PMC) is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, Pacific time.
We have two types of ordering: Online orders and custom orders.
Online Orders: Most items may be ordered at any time, but are processed during normal business hours. Exception: Manifolds (found online) are considered custom orders.
Custom Orders: Contact us by email email@example.com - include your name and best phone contact number and describe the item(s) being ordered. We will contact you for specific information needed to develop your order.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment via credit card (preferred) or cash. We accept checks on approval.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal.
Online purchases must be paid in full via credit card at the time of ordering.
All custom orders of $1000 or more require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Exception: Custom orders.
Orders are shipped via US Mail, US International Mail, or UPS – Ground, depending on the item(s) and the destination.
Customers must notify us in writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if they prefer a different shipping method and must pay all additional shipping charges prior to shipment. If customers select an alternative shipping method, any free shipping promotions are cancelled.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Precision Metal Craft. Any item may only be returned for evaluation under the following conditions:
- Customers must contact us in writing via email (email@example.com) to receive permission to return any item. Provide the invoice number, item description, and reason for return.
- The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including original shipping packaging.
- There is a 20% restocking charge for any returned item.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Customer must pay return shipping charges.
- We must receive the item before any refund is issued.
- Any refunds would be issued via PayPal.
REPAIRS or REPLACEMENT
Repair or replacement of any item is at the sole discretion of Precision Metal Craft. Contact PMC within 30 days of receipt in writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to notify us and to receive permission to return the item. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. If we determine that the repair is to be made under Warranty, PMC will reimburse customer shipping costs via PayPal.
Precision Metal Craft develops and manufactures all online and custom items, and inspects all items prior to shipment. PMC products have a 30-day warranty. Customers must contact us in writing via email (email@example.com) for permission to return an item for evaluation of eligibility on Warranty. Shipping charges may be refunded via PayPal if an item is confirmed to have a defect.
PRECISION METAL CRAFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER TYPES OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS, OTHER THAN THE LIABILITY STATED ABOVE.
This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability or fitness of use. This Warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may vary from state to state.
All items and shipments are inspected before leaving PMC. All claims for damages, shortages or loss in transit must be made immediately with the carrier. Customers must notify PMC within 2 business days in writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
